By using the Document Stand SIMPLE you get documents more in the upright position which makes reading easier. If documents were lying on the desk you would need to bend your head over them for reading.

The Document Stand SIMPLE can be placed in the ideal ergonomic position between the screen and the keyboard, permitting the eyes to scan in a straight line from the keyboard to the document stand to the screen, and thus minimizing sideways movements of the head and eyes.
